30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your product to return it. Requests received after this period will not be processed. - Return Requirements
Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and retain the original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as custom-made items, special discount items ) may not be eligible for returns. - Return Process
Contacting Customer Service: Please contact Customer Service by email or phone to inform us of your return request and provide your order number.
Obtaining a Refund Authorization: Our Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAM). Please ensure you include this number on the packaging.
Returning the Item: Please return the item to our return address along with the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for any return shipping costs. - Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable (unless due to an error on our part). - After-Sales Service
