Return and Refund

At Aura Living LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our Return and Refund Policy.

1. Return Period
   30-Day Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you received your product to return it. Requests received after this period will not be processed.
2. Return Requirements
   Item Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and retain the original packaging and tags.
   Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as custom-made items, special discount items ) may not be eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
   Contacting Customer Service: Please contact Customer Service by email or phone to inform us of your return request and provide your order number.
   Obtaining a Refund Authorization: Our Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAM). Please ensure you include this number on the packaging.
   Returning the Item: Please return the item to our return address along with the Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
   Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable (unless due to an error on our part).
